Mandy Jutla is a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 15 years of experience in in-house and RPO recruitment within the Professional and Financial services sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director, Global TA Lead at Bain & Company since 2022, Mandy has previously held key roles such as Head of UK Audit Recruitment at KPMG and Head of Experienced Hire (MENA) at EY. With a proven track record in managing the full recruitment life cycle at a strategic level, Mandy has engaged effectively with senior stakeholders and led remote global teams across various international markets, including APAC, EMEIA, and The Americas.
