Marcus Blackwell

Marcus Blackwell is the Director of People Strategy & Operations at Bain & Company, where they currently focus on global diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Marcus held various positions at Bain, including Senior Associate Consultant and Senior Manager for Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. They have also worked as a Strategic Projects Analyst at KIPP Houston Public Schools and as a Strategy Intern at FoodCloud. Marcus earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University. They completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting at Texas A&M University.
