Marcus Leonard

Marcus Leonard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and finance. Currently, Marcus serves as a Partner at Bain & Company since July 2014, having progressed through various roles including Consultant, Manager, and Associate Partner. Additionally, Marcus holds board member positions at Vivent Health since March 2023 and previously at TPAN from August 2018 to March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at the United States Department of the Treasury for a brief period in 2013 and working at Morgan Stanley as an Associate from July 2008 to June 2012, as well as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from July 2007 to June 2008. Academically, Marcus earned an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School between 2012 and 2014 and a BA in Political Science from Yale University from 2004 to 2007.
