Mark Waugh, CISA, CISM, is an Audit and Compliance Professional with extensive experience in information security, risk management, and compliance. They currently serve as a Senior Manager in TSG Information Security, Risk & Compliance at Bain & Company, a position they began in 2025 after previously holding the role of Manager. Mark's prior roles include SOC Senior Consultant at A-LIGN and Compliance Program Manager at Avaya, where they executed HIPAA and PCI compliance activities. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Robert Morris University between 2012 and 2014.
