Since joining Bain in October 2008, Matt has held various roles, including Principal and Manager, focusing on healthcare assets and due diligence in the private equity sector. Prior to Bain, Matt served as an Associate Specialist at the University of California, San Francisco, conducting research on cell cycle control, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Cancer Research UK, where research centered on cell division mechanisms. Matt holds a PhD in Genetics from Imperial College London and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
