Matthew Milner

Matthew Milner is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since January 2022, following prior roles as a Consultant with the firm from 2016 to 2019 and a Strategist at Goodstart Early Learning in 2018-2019. In addition to consulting, Matthew serves as an Advisor for Kijani Forestry and is involved in various writing projects focused on community building and early childhood development, with publications in outlets such as the Washington Post and Apolitical. As an investor in The 21 Fund, Matthew supports Stanford Graduate School of Business startups, and previously contributed as a Team Lead for Swaggle's launch, an Australian pet specialty retailer. Matthew's consulting experience includes a brief role with Teach for Mexico and a fellowship at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. An alumnus of Stanford University, Matthew holds an MBA and an M.A. in Education, supplemented by a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland.
