Max Tillotson

Max Tillotson has a diverse background in engineering and management, with experience at several well-regarded companies. Max started with internships at Seagate Technology and The Toro Company, focusing on research and development of operational technology and product redesign. Following this, Max held positions at General Dynamics as a design engineer and project manager, leading advanced technology initiatives, including the Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle project. Max later co-managed the production contract team at Hanwha Defense USA, delivering successful proposals to the U.S. Department of Defense. Most recently, Max worked as a product team lead at General Dynamics Land Systems while also undertaking consulting roles at Bain & Company and Sonatus. Max is pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
