Michael Hajesch is a management executive and advisor with extensive experience in electric mobility and sustainable energy solutions. They served as the founding CEO of IONITY from 2017 to 2024, transforming it into Europe's leading operator of high-power charging networks, and currently hold a position on the Board of Directors at Kempower. Michael began their career at BMW Group, where they led strategic initiatives in electric mobility and contributed to the development of key vehicle projects. They hold a Ph.D. from Cranfield University and a Diplom from Universität Kassel.
