Michael McKay

Michael McKay is an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company, where they have served since 1988 and are a founding partner of the firm's Private Equity Group. They have over 30 years of consulting experience and currently serve as a director for several private equity-backed companies, including Construction Partners, Inc., Big Outdoor, and Hubbardton Forge. Additionally, Michael is a Chair of the Board of Trustees at The Summer Science Program and a Member of the Board of Directors at Riveron. Previously, they held the position of Senior Lecturer at Brandeis University and worked as a Managing Partner at Results Capital Partners. Michael earned their education at the University of Chicago between 1986 and 1988.
