Michael Withers

Michael Withers is a partner in Bain & Company's Melbourne office, where they lead Bain's Organisation practice in Asia Pacific. With over 16 years of management consulting experience, Michael specializes in strategy, customer-led transformations, and service design and operations. Prior to their current role at Bain, Michael served as an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting and as a Section Commander in the Australian Army's Special Forces Group. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering & Science with First Class Honours at the University of Melbourne and holds an MBA with Distinction from the London Business School.
