Micol Pio is currently the Lead of Research and Data Services at Bain & Company, having previously held roles as a Senior Specialist and Coordinator in the same division. Prior to this, Micol gained experience as a Junior Business Developer and Junior Sales Analyst at BTO Research. Micol earned a Master’s degree in International Management, Entrepreneurship and Finance from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
