Mike Baxter

Mike Baxter is a Partner at Bain & Company since February 2008, specializing in advising Chief Executives and top teams of Fortune/FTSE 100 companies on strategic and organizational change, with a focus on Financial Services. As the Regional Practice Leader for Financial Services, Mike provides leadership for Bain's North and South America Partner team, driving practice strategy, planning, and team development. Previously, Mike served as Regional Managing Partner at Marakon Associates, guiding multinational clients on strategy and performance improvement in various sectors, and was instrumental in founding the Zurich office. Mike also contributed as a board member and advisor at Envel from January 2019 to June 2023. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA Hons in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
