Minji Kim

Minji Kim is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, having started in January 2023, following a role as a Manager at Kakao Corp from July 2022 to December 2022, where Minji contributed as Strategy Staff in the Kakao Talk Division. Prior to this, Minji gained extensive consulting experience at Bain & Company from July 2018 to June 2022, progressing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant and then Consultant. Minji also completed a six-month externship program with Bain. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Boston Consulting Group in 2017 and as a Business Development Intern at NBT. Minji holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University, where studies spanned from 2013 to 2018.
