Mohit Wadan is the Managing Partner for Bain & Company’s operations in Australia and New Zealand, where they also contribute to the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, and Performance Improvement practices. Previously, Mohit served as the co-head of Bain’s Asia-Pacific performance improvement practice and has extensive experience in organizational transformation within the financial services sector. Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Mohit worked as a Consultant at Accenture from 2005 to 2008. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce with honors in Software Engineering and Finance from the University of Auckland.
