Molly Swartz

Molly Swartz is a dedicated business professional currently serving as an Incoming Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company since August 2024. As the Impact Consulting Division Director for the Student International Business Council and a Travel Team Member since February 2023, Molly leads impactful initiatives. Experience includes roles as Project Leader for BCG/Teach for America and a University Relations Intern at the University of Notre Dame, contributing to the restructuring of onboarding processes and the development of financial analyses. As a member of Notre Dame Student Government, Molly has held multiple leadership positions including Class of 2026 Junior President, Sophomore Vice President, and First-Year Treasurer, where impressive financial growth was achieved. Molly's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, American Studies, and Real Estate at the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, expected to graduate in May 2026. Prior education includes St. Pius X Catholic High School, graduating in May 2022.
