Nathan Campbell is a Partner in Bain & Company’s Mining practice, currently driving transformational initiatives. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Curtin University, Nathan gained practical experience as a mining engineer and shift supervisor at Northern Star Resources Limited and worked as an underground miner at Barminco. Nathan also completed an MBA with distinction at The University of Western Australia, where they received the 2016 BHP Billiton MBA full-time scholarship. Prior to Bain, Nathan held various consulting roles within the firm from 2017 to 2024.
