Nikhil Prabhu

Nikhil Prabhu currently serves as a Manager for Regional Risk at Bain & Company, a position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include building the Risk Function for both private and public sector client engagements. Nikhil has extensive experience in consulting, having conducted due diligence for a potential $1.5-2 billion investment in a Tech Services company, designed a transformational skills framework for a $20 billion IT services player, and supported a major conglomerate in integrating a $900 million digital services acquisition. Previous roles also include positions at Arpwood Capital as an Investment Banking Summer Associate. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in International Management from CEMS, an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Presidency College, Bangalore.
