Phyllis Yale

Phyllis Yale is an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company, where they have been instrumental since 1982 in guiding clients on competitive strategy, marketing implementation, and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the healthcare sector. Phyllis has held several leadership roles within Bain, including running the Boston office and chairing the Management Board. In addition to their work at Bain, Phyllis serves on multiple boards, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Montai Health. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1982.
