Randy Ochs is a professional with substantial experience in engineering and management. Ochs began a career in mechanical design as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at Sensata Technologies in 2012, followed by roles as Operations Manager and Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble from 2014 to 2016. After a brief stint as a Strategic Planning Intern at Emerson Automation Solutions in 2017, Ochs transitioned into consulting with Roland Berger as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Ochs serves as a Senior Manager and Associate Partner at Bain & Company since 2022. Educationally, Ochs holds an M.B.A. and a Master of Science in Design Innovation from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
