Rawan Dgheim

Rawan Dgheim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company since October 2024, Rawan previously held the position of Head of Operations at Ziina from November 2021 to November 2024. Rawan's earlier tenure at Bain & Company spanned from September 2015 to November 2021, advancing through roles from Senior Associate Consultant to Manager.
