Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson is a partner in Bain & Company’s London office, where they lead the Industrial Goods & Services and M&A practices across the EMEA region. With over twenty years of consulting experience in developed and emerging markets, Richard advised clients in sectors such as mining, oil and gas, and consumer products. Their focus includes transformation and turnaround strategies for publicly listed and PE-backed businesses, as well as M&A strategy and integration planning. Previously, Richard worked as an Investment Principal at Actis, where they evaluated private equity investment opportunities in Africa. Richard holds a BA Hons in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
