Richard Millward

Richard Millward has extensive experience in finance and advisory roles, having served as Director at Dresdner Kleinwort from 1984 to 2000, focusing on restructuring and risk management. Previously, Millward was a Global Risk Officer at National Westminster International from 1978 to 1984. Currently, Millward holds several positions, including Honorary Treasurer on the Board of Trustees at SOAS University of London since January 2021, External Adviser at Bain & Company since July 2020, and Managing Director at Monceau Limited since 2014, where senior advisory support is provided on capital structures and financing issues. Additionally, Millward has been a Senior Adviser at Rothschild & Co since January 2001. Educational qualifications include a PMD in Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 1989 and a Master of Arts (MA) Hons in Music from the University of Oxford from 1975 to 1978.
