Rob Pick

Rob Pick serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Embarc since August 2018. Prior to this role, Rob Pick has been involved with Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, advancing to Partner since January 2010. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member on the University of Iowa Young Alumni Board from June 2009 to June 2014, a Bain extern for the U.S. Soccer Federation in 2013, and pro bono consulting for Fair Finance and The Australian Charities Fund in 2009. Earlier in career, Rob Pick worked as a Research Assistant to Tobias Ellwood MP at the United Kingdom House of Commons in 2007. Academic achievements include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2013-2015) and a BBA and BA in Finance, Economics, and Political Science from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business (2005-2009).
