Rodolfo Costa

Rodolfo Costa has a diverse professional background in management consulting, finance, and engineering. Currently serving as a Manager at Bain & Company since August 2025, Rodolfo previously held the position of Chief of Staff at revista piauí for a brief period. Prior experience includes roles such as Product & Market Strategy Intern at SB Energy, Audience Innovation Projects at Brazil at Silicon Valley, and Junior Analyst at Itaú Unibanco. Rodolfo has also contributed to Instituto Sonho Grande as a Consultant and progressed through various positions at Bain & Company, including Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant. Earlier in his career, Rodolfo worked as Electronic System Manager and Team Captain at ITA Baja, overseeing electronic system design for a Baja vehicle, and completed a Trainee program in Investment Banking at Banco Safra. Rodolfo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and is pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
