Ron Kermisch

Ron Kermisch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at ESG Flo by Bain & Company since 2023 and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Pricefx since 2018. As a Senior Partner and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Bain & Company since 1995, Ron leads the Communications & Entertainment practice, delivering enduring results to business leaders. Prior to Bain, Ron worked as a Consultant in the Media and Entertainment Practice at Price Waterhouse from 1993 to 1995 and held software engineering roles at Archetype and Xerox. Ron holds an MS in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
