Sarah Brown is the Director of Private Equity Training at Bain & Company, where they focus on professional development initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in Management Consulting and 13 years specializing in Learning and Development, Sarah has led major global learning technology and strategy initiatives at PwC, Amazon, and Bain. Their previous roles include leading learning projects for PwC’s Deals business and managing client-focused learning at William Buck and Accenture. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from City University London.
