Sidhant Shetty

Sidhant Shetty is a Senior Manager at Bain & Company with experience that spans from September 2022 to June 2025, previously serving as a Manager and Consultant. Prior to this, Sidhant worked at Unilever from April 2016 to June 2021, holding several key positions including Innovation, Technology, and Capacity Planning Manager for Homecare Liquids and Household Care, where Sidhant led a team to launch new products, improve manufacturing efficiency across 21 factories, and develop a supply chain strategy for South Asia.
