Simon Tarsh is an independent public board director, interim CFO, and audit committee chair with extensive experience in global business services, shared services, and business process outsourcing. Currently serving as interim CFO at Renovaro and in advisory roles for multiple organizations, Simon collaborates with CFOs and auditors to ensure compliance and support strategic initiatives. Previously, they built Deloitte Consulting's Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory Business into the industry's largest practice and served high-profile clients across sectors such as healthcare and consumer packaged goods. Simon holds an MBA from City University Business School and a BSc from The University of Salford.
