Sonal Dash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and corporate development across various industries. Currently serving as an Expert Partner at Bain & Company, specializing in Private Equity, Consumer, and Retail since June 2022, Sonal also plays a vital role as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Right To Play UK, promoting the empowerment of children through play. Previous roles include Vice President of Commercial at Asda, where sales of approximately £3.5 billion were managed, and Director of Group Corporate Development and M&A at Sky, focusing on strategic opportunities across multiple regions. Sonal held Vice President positions at Tate & Lyle and previously worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Partner, with early career experience at Hill & Associates Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
