Sonali Misra

Sonali Misra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President - Talent and Head of HR at Bain & Company since October 2008, Sonali Misra collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement people strategies aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining talent across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, leading initiatives for diversity and employer branding, and contributing to global HR projects. Prior to Bain, Sonali Misra held HR-related roles at NASSCOM, MakeMyTrip, Magnum Technology Solutions, and GE. Sonali Misra holds a PG Diploma in Mass Communication from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, a PGDBM from the Management Development Institute, and a degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
