Sophie Stephens

Sophie Stephens is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where they have held various roles, including Senior Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant since 2020. Prior to joining Bain, Sophie served as a Community Organiser with Citizens UK from 2009 to 2012, where they co-led the Sanctuary Pledge campaign and was the Lead Organiser for North London Citizens. They also established Movement for Change in 2010. Sophie earned a BA Hons in History from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in International Development and Globalisation from the School of Oriental and African Studies, U. of London.
