Spencer Perron

Spencer Perron is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy. Currently serving as a Consultant at Bain & Company since October 2022 and Co-Founder and CEO of CLEO since August 2021, Spencer has previously held key roles such as Director of Strategy & Business Development at Central Coast Agriculture, Inc. (Raw Garden), managing significant fundraising and corporate development efforts. Prior experience includes a managerial role in corporate development at CANNDESCENT, multiple consulting positions at Bain & Company, and entrepreneurial ventures such as founding Perron Property Holding, LLC. Spencer’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, along with studies at the University of Oxford and Universidad de Sevilla.
