Stan Pace is currently an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company, where they serve as chairman of the Nominating Committee and the General Partnership. Previously, they held significant roles including President and CEO of American Trans Air, where they successfully turned the company's fortunes around, and Partner at Bain, overseeing major client relationships and leading strategic practices. Stan also served as Assistant to the Mission President for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Uruguay and Paraguay from 1972 to 1974. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University, where they are currently pursuing their degree.
