Stef Otterspoor

Stef Otterspoor is currently an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where they lead the TMT practice, focusing on M&A, post-acquisition transformations, and commercial due diligence for public and private sponsors. They previously completed a Master Thesis as a Graduate Intern at NLR - Netherlands Aerospace Centre, developing a discrete event simulation of an airport. Before joining Bain, Stef held positions as a Private Equity Intern at Eden Capital and as a research fellow at Delft University of Technology, working on a prototype for a Wave Energy Converter. Stef earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2019.
