Stefan Silberstein

Stefan Silberstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as an Expert Associate Partner at Bain & Company since September 2017, Stefan has progressed through various roles including Expert Senior Manager and Specialist Manager. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a Consultant at Edge Growth, where a framework and diagnostic tool for assessing young businesses' operational capability was developed. At Rolls-Royce, experience included managing manufacturing operations as a Production Leader and completing a graduate trainee program focused on project management and operational efficiency. Early career roles included engineering internships at Wincor Nixdorf and Cicor Group, emphasizing continuous improvement and manufacturing processes.
