Steve Bishop

Steve Bishop is a retired Chief Executive Officer of P&G Health Care, where they oversaw a prominent consumer health care company until February 2022. They currently serve as a Senior Bain External Advisor, a Director at Ashland, Inc., and an Advisory Committee Member at cultivate(MD) Capital Accelerator Fund GP, LLC. Prior to their CEO role, Steve held multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Group President of Health Care, Global Oral Care, and Global Feminine Care. They began their career at Procter & Gamble as an assistant purchasing manager and advanced through various roles in brand building and management. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and continues their education there.
