Steve Gruber is an experienced institutional real estate investor and advisor, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Stablewood Properties Ltd and Center Square Investment Management. From August 2017 to June 2022, Steve held positions as Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Real Assets, as well as Senior Advisor at Hamilton Lane, following the acquisition of Real Asset Portfolio Management LLC, which Steve founded and led from September 2011 to August 2017.
