Steve Taylor

Steve Taylor is the Executive Vice President and Chief Safety and Security Officer at Bain & Company, where they are responsible for all aspects of global security strategy. They have held the position of Director of Global Safety and Security at Bain & Company since 2016 and began their current role in 2023. Prior to this, Taylor served as the Director of International Security at Harvard University from 2011 to 2016 and as Vice President of Global Security at State Street from 2001 to 2011. With a rich background as a Managing Director and Senior Guide at Taylor Made Safaris and experience in the British Army, Taylor is also a Senior Managing Partner at Askari Safari since 2012. They studied Military and Leadership at the Royal Military Academy from 1982 to 1984.
