Tamara Lewis

Tamara Lewis is the head of Americas Machinery, Paper and Metals sector, based in Seattle. She is also an expert in the broader Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Organization practices.

She has nearly 10 years of consulting experience with Bain.

Tamara has deep expertise in supporting clients in multi-year cross-functional transformations and sustained cost reduction programs to transform their strategic, operational and financial performance, often enabled by organizational changes and cultural improvements.

Tamara earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree summa cum laude from Princeton University and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa.
