Thomas Luedi

Thomas Luedi is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company’s Shanghai office, where they lead the Energy & Natural Resources Practice and the B2B Commercial Excellence Solution in Asia-Pacific. They have extensive experience in strategy, M&A, and transformational projects across various sectors, particularly in chemicals and agribusiness. Prior to joining Bain in 2019, Thomas held senior roles at McKinsey & Company and Kearney. As a Founding Partner of BlackArts Racing since 2015, they manage long-term strategy and financial operations while also competing as a Formula 3 driver. Thomas holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a pharmacy degree from the University of Bern.
