Thomas Solomon is a Manager in Bain & Company's Technology Solutions Group, specializing in Data & Analytics since November 2022. Prior to this, Thomas served as a Senior Consultant at Trace3, where strategic leadership was provided for a large Financial Transformation program, ensuring key decisions and program success. Thomas also held various roles at Accenture from September 2015 to August 2021, including Technology Strategy & Advisory Senior Consultant, focusing on transforming IT operating models across multiple industries, leading assessment projects, and developing key reports and dashboards. Additional experience includes serving as a Data Visualization Lead and managing IT services for major US companies. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. In addition to professional endeavors, Thomas has been an active head coach in youth baseball, leading teams and teaching the fundamentals of the game from 2016 to 2019.
