Tom Alvis

Tom Alvis is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Manager at Bain & Company in the NPS Prism division since May 2024. Prior to this role, Tom was a Consultant at Accenture from March 2020 to May 2024 and gained valuable experience as a Consultant in Performance Improvement within UK&I Advisory during a placement year at EY from July 2017 to July 2018. Tom holds a First-Class BA in Business and Management from the University of Exeter, complemented by additional education including a course on "Catching Growth Waves in Emerging Markets" at Universidad de Los Andes and participation in the Study China Programme at Zhejiang University, focusing on Intensive Mandarin and Business Culture. Tom completed secondary education at Maidstone Grammar School for Boys.
