Tom Hood is a dynamic strategy and operations leader with over 12 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence for global organizations. Currently, Tom serves as Vice President of the Private Equity practice at Bain & Company, where they lead global strategy and operations. Previously, Tom held roles including Senior Manager and Director within the same practice and gained early experience as an Analyst at Lazard and Credit Suisse. Tom's expertise includes data analysis, financial modeling, and integrating AI-driven insights into strategic decision-making across various industries. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees with First Class Honours in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Finance, and Economics from the University of Melbourne.
