Tom Springer

Tom Springer is the Founder and CEO of Tom Springer Music, established in January 2021, focusing on the creation and promotion of original music. Concurrently, Tom Springer serves as an Advisory Partner at Bain & Company, where involvement as a senior advisor to the Third Party Risk Management team ensures the safety of third parties for client outcomes. As a Partner, Tom Springer founded Bain’s alliance program and co-founded the Advanced Analytics practice, and previously managed case teams addressing strategic issues for Global 2000 clients. Prior experience includes roles as VP/Director at Digitas, VP of Professional Services at Verbind, and various managerial positions at Bain. Tom Springer's earlier career includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Deloitte & Touche and leadership roles in the US Army. Tom Springer holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA in History from Princeton University.
