Tracy Thurkow

Tracy Thurkow is a seasoned leader with a focus on behavior and culture change, currently serving as a Partner and Global Lead for Behavior and Culture Change at Bain & Company since January 2014. In this role, Tracy leads initiatives for global culture transformation and oversees the Women @ Bain program in the Atlanta office. Prior experience includes a tenure at CLG, where Tracy served as a Partner and Change Catalyst Practice Area Leader, successfully increasing practice revenue from 5% to 25%. Other notable positions include roles as a Partner, Chief People Officer, and Chief Operating Officer across various firms, leading human capital functions and operations during significant growth periods. Tracy also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at American University, instructing graduate-level courses in performance management. Tracy holds an Executive Education certificate in Behavioral Economics from Harvard Business School.
