Unique Hodge

Unique Hodge is a strategic thinker and product management lead at Bain & Company, where they focus on innovation and impactful solutions. Previously, they co-founded Oak Systems, a platform dedicated to promoting Black-owned businesses, and served as the Reforestation Strategy and Innovation Manager at The Nature Conservancy. Unique holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Biology from Harvard University and has gained diverse experience in leadership and program management through roles in various organizations, including managing Harvard's Bartending and Bar Services. As an emerging visual artist, Unique seeks to inspire narratives that encourage faith and self-belief.
