Victor Ong is an Expert Associate Partner in Strategic Design at Bain & Company, where they currently lead design efforts in the APAC region. Previously, Victor served as a Director and Head of Product Design at Bain & Company from 2019 to 2022 and held leadership roles at IBM iX and PayPal. Victor also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Temasek Polytechnic, teaching various design modules. With a background in industrial design from the National University of Singapore, Victor has received recognition for their work, including a Reddot Design Award in 2011.
