Wade Cruse

Wade Cruse is the Managing Partner for Bain & Company in Southeast Asia, a role held since 2022, with prior leadership positions in various practices including Customer Practice Leader and Industrial Goods & Services Practice Leader. Wade has extensive experience in operational management and strategic consulting, having joined Bain in 2005 and progressively advancing through multiple leadership roles. Previous positions include Manager at Marakon Associates and Production Planning Manager at Trico Steel Company, along with foundational roles in production and research at Gallatin Steel Company and Air Products and Chemicals. Wade holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Lehigh University.
