Winnie John is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations within the consumer goods sector. Winnie began a career at Hindustan Lever Ltd as a Factory Manager, later taking on roles such as Works Manager at Marico Limited, and advancing to significant leadership positions at GSK. Notable achievements include overseeing a £2 billion supply chain for North America, establishing efficient supply chain processes in the Indian subcontinent, and leading transformational initiatives across Europe. As of March 2022, Winnie serves as a Bain External Advisor, building on a solid educational foundation with a B.Tech in Production cum Plant Engineering from the University of Calicut.
