Yao-Yang Sim

Yao-Yang Sim has extensive experience in client solutions and program management across multiple industries, currently serving at Bain & Company as a member of the Bain Advisor Network within the Global Retail & Financial Services Practice and APAC Program Management since July 2019. Prior to Bain, Yao-Yang held various leadership positions at LYNK, including Vice President, where responsibilities included connecting experts with clients globally and managing a team to expand key accounts within financial sectors. Yao-Yang began the career at The Straits Network Limited (now LYNK) and held roles in venture development, financial services analysis, and customer service. Yao-Yang holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
